How do you lose weight really really fast without eating all healthy foods?

Alright im 13 almost 100 pounds and i have issues with my stomach. i dont care that im almost 100 pounds but i have a gut and i want it to go away so i can just have a flat stomach again. what can i do to lose my stomach weight? oh and dont tell me to eat healthy cause i already do and i dont need you to tell me to eat healthier. Please helpp!

    Speaking as an individual who is twelve years old (almost thirteen) and Anorexic, exercise is the key to success. I do not suggest sit ups since these build up muscles in the abdomen (stomach). Muscle weighs more than fat, so even if you lost the fat and gained muscle, there wouldn’t be too much of a difference.

    You don’t have to run for long distances… etc. either! Just stay constantly on the move. When I was at my cousins house the other day, we were on the move for the whole day. We only stopped and sat down at meal times, and once more for a small afternoon snack. Guess what? I lost two pounds! I went down from 81 to 79 pounds. (Yes, I am an overweight Anorexic. But I have just started.)

    Prefer not eating with a large group as we tend to eat more when we eat with other people, probably because we spend more time at the table. When eating in groups take a note of time and leave the plate, as and when you have had enough.
    Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead. Or else, you have now time to finish your domestic chores.
