How can I lose weight without eating these nasty foods?

Ok,I want to lose weight but dieting is hard because there is so much nasty stuff you have to eat.Like broccoli.

How can I eat healthy stuf I like but not the nasty stuff.

    There’s loads of other fruits and vegetables besides Broccoli. Look up recipes online for vegetables, even broccoli, that may make them taste better.

    Theres good things,like fruit and salads ect.
    Try cutting down on what you eat every day,for example:
    -Don’t snack as much.1-2 snacks a day is fine,but don’t have one every time you feel a little hungry.
    -Try to cut down your meal.The more food you eat at a time,the bigger your stomach will get.The bigger it is,the hungrier you get.
    -Get use to healthy food.I use to hate it at a young age too,but I forced myself to eat it after a while and then it wasn’t a drag.
    -Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.Jogging around the house is fine too.
    -Eat more at home.Grocery stored tend to have healthier foods than Jack in the Box,you know.
    -Live life.If your having a good time,your most likely not on the computer.Try to sign up for after school programs/sports because the only thing that usually costs money are the team shirts,and those are sometimes free too.

    ALSO drink at least 8 cups of water a day.If you drink of lot of water you’ll wash out all the bad foods.

Trust me, your tastes will change, I mean, I would honestly rather have a grilled chicken sandwich on a multi-grain bun with some sort of fruit than my previous preference of fast food and fatty things. But, if after that, you still can’t stomach healthy food, you better work out…a LOT, and only eat 1/2 of your meals.

    ok wat foods don’t u like other than broccoli? because there are many other healthy foods. fruits taste great and there is a variety. also idk if u eat meat or not but if u do try to eat less also cut back on the sugar and greasy foods ( now im not telling u to stop completely because some ppl confuse that im just saying if u eat a lot of it eat less). also exercise is very important factor to losing weight so i suggest u do that too. hope i helped

    lol there is definitely more to healthy foods than just fruit and veggies. I’m being treated for something like an ulcer so i HAVE to make healthy food choices (which I’ve been doing for 6 months now). I hate brocolli too so heres some tips.

    – Eat smaller meals, don’t eat until you get full just stop eating, then a few hours later have a small snack
    – Drink NOTHING but water. NO POP! Pop makes you bloat massively, itll definitely kick the belly fat/love handles. if you’re a milk drinker, you should really try silk vanilla soy milk. I drink it and i love it!
    – Eat lots of fruit because they are very important to your digestive system.
    – Dieting isn’t the hard part, finding things that are just as tastey as fatty and fried foods and sweets is the problem for most people. There’s lots of alternatives out there though!
    – Honey wheat bread tastes just as good as white bread form the grocery store, I hate wheat bread, but honey wheat tastes nothign like plain wheat I promise. White bread also creates lots of belly fat, keep that in mind. If you go to subway get honey oat/wheat, their wheat bread toasted wont taste any different than white.
    – Lunch meat ham, chicken breast, turkey is way more healthy for you than steak/beef/burgers/hotdogs. You can get them in smoked, roasted, or honey flavored too from the deli. I love grilled chicken salads, but hate just plain salads. Wendy’s has awesome chicken blt salads or chicken caeser, if oyu like those. Also, seafood is very great! You can get cheesey vegetables in the frozen food sectiona long with sweet potatoe fries which are amazing!
    – If you wanna eat the same foods you could always go to a vegan/vegetarian store, they have burgers, burritos, pizzas, pretty much everything substituted.
    – Of course I have my cravings for sweets too, so I buy dairy free ice cream from a local earth food store. it doesn’t taste EXACTLY like regular dairy ice cream but it gets the job done. Their ice cream sandwiches taste like the real thing too.

If you sign up, it’s free, the send you a daily e-mail ( and you only have to enter your email, nothing else) with stuff that’s new on shelves that’s good, they give you points values, i think that’s related to weight watchers, and it’s yummy stuff. it’s a really cool site. they also have stuff like low fat/low calorie/low sugar cappicinos and things. they have stuff that’s at fast food restaurants and how you can make it but with a lot less calories and things. there is a starbucks carmel cinnamon cappucino and it had like 460 calories ! they had a knock off version with 300 less calories and like 20 points less than the starbucks. check it out.
