How to lose weight without eating fruit and vegetables?

I just cannot stand them, I’ve tried most fruits and vegetables and I really cannot stand the taste
I need to lose weight somehow though, can anyone give me a daily diet plan to follow that doesn’t contain fruit and vegetables?

    Can you lose weight without eating fruit and veg? Yes. Is it healthy? Hell no.

    Just losing some weight is not enough, losing weight needs to be part of a diet and lifestyle overhaul, something you’ll plan on doing from now onwards.

    Surely you don’t dislike ALL fruit? Strawberries? Grapes? Melon? Banana?

    I understand what it’s like to dislike vegetables, I hate them all too, but I make a point of eating them anyway. The key is to learn to mask the flavour. Ever been to McDonalds or KFC? Of course you have. Ever had a chicken sandwich? Of course yo have. Ever noticed how the flavour of the lettuce is masked? That’s because the taste of the mayonnaise and the chicken overpowers it.

    Don’t close your mind to eating vegetables, just find methods to hide the flavours. A lot of people who dislike veg claim that they can always taste them in everything. Bullshit. It’s just that they know it’s there and they just think they can taste it and automatically dislike something even when they shouldn’t. As long as you are not averse to eating veg, even knowing it’s there, as long as the flavour is masked, then you’re fine.

    The easiest way to mask the flavour of vegetables is to use gravy. Just buy and use low fat and low salt gravy.

    But whatever diet you put together, dieting alone isn’t enough. You NEED to start exercising. If you drink alcohol, stop, especially if you’re under age because under age bodies can’t handle it. Alcohol is high in sugars and can easily make you overweight. So stop drinking.

    You need to face reality, losing weight means cutting out the stuff you like, eating the stuff you don’t, and getting off your ass and working out.

    I you’re selfconscious about working out, speak to your doctor about it, he/she should be able to help. If not, find a gym away from your where you usually hang out. Again, if you’re under age, ask your parent or guardian to help you find one that allows youths. When you have found one, talk to the trainers, tell them about your problems, about how selfconscious you are and ask them to work up a plan that will help ease you in to a fitness routine, and ask them to keep an eye on you, to stay with you as you work out if possible. Fitness and working out is tough if you do it alone, but if you can find someone to do it with it makes it easier.

    Also, don’t be embarressed at a gym. There is a belief that flies around that gym regulars will make fun of new people, overweight people trying to get fit etc. Bullshit again. If you go into a gym and people there see you working your ass off trying to get fit, they will respect you, even those older than you, those who are already fit. People who live a life of fitness value it above almost everything else, and respect anyone who puts aside their fears and dedicates themselves to being fit. I promise you, if you find a good gym, and start going, develop a good training regime you can stick to, whilst at first it might seem tough, give it time, stay true to it and yourself and people there will respect you, come to know you and you will make new friends. But above all that, what you will find, in those weeks is you becoming slimmer, feeling better, you will have increase confidence, increased stamina, increased movement, increased brain power, you will become happier and more alive.

    Believe me, I know what you are going through. Yes I’m a 27 year old guy, but when I was a teenager, I was fat, up until a few years ago I was obese, near 400lbs. Then I got off my ass and started doing all the things that I never thought I could, I started eating right, including things that I hate like vegetables and fish, I lost over half my total weight in 18 months, reduced my body fat from percentages so high I’m still ashamed to admit, to now, where my bodyfat is 4%, I then managed to gain 30lbs in muscle mass. I’m fitter, healthier and happier than I’ve ever been, I’ve gone back to uni to study psychology, I’ve even started amateur bodybuilding to see if I can take the next step. Best of all, romantically, things are better than ever.

    Believe me, there is no simple way to lose weight, you have to REALLY want it, and you have to dedicate yourself to changing your lifestyle, but the benefits are far more worth it than any words cn express.

    Oh, and FYI, I hated vegetables and fish, but after months spent eating them, I don’t mind them anymore. You DO get used to things after a while, so just suck it up, and never lose sight of the fact that, whilst it seems like hard, unpleasant work right now, in reality, it’s the greatest thing you can do with your life.

    u can eat until 2kg of chicken per day and 10 whole lettuce to dont be hungry. you dont need eat all but if eat, until 2 kg of chicken per day and until 10 whole lettuce, no more. and you can put lemon and peper into lettuce. I know isnt delicious but is what your body need to health and to your heart dont become with oil/fat what causes heart problems, were you can die.
    fat/sweet/junk food should be eaten only once a month, dear! And, to be beautiful/handsome, have to care about and do some effort like no beautiful shaved legs or biquini area without some pain! So, if you wanna live and be skinny, think food is like natural medicine to your health and to be skninny. And to dont become into tentation always think: eat is delicious but be skinny and health is better!
    I know is difficult when you start but after 1 year if you keep your diet, your stomach adapt and you feel sick when you ate junk food and your body ask for some fruits or vegetables! And when you feel wanna put ur diet fail, think if you want restart all again or keep till end! Sometimes you be tired and can think you never become skinny or it take too much time. but if you dont care about the time, when you dont see the time, you be skinny like magic! And everything take a time to do, not only diet! Everything are slow to be finished.
    Then, after you get the weight u want, eat only calories u need per day: guys/kids/woman need different calories per day. to dont become sick or anemic. good luck! xx
    or you can eat(but chickesn diet is better.and drink water too because water lie to ur body sending messages ur stomach r full like full of food): eggs, ginger, pepper(the red one or black or white but red is better),white cheese but not cream cheese one, green tea. this r things that burn fat from body. ginger makes ur body feel hot because is a hot spyce so, dont worry! ginger worked for me because when i ate pizza, i get 2 kg and this time when i was about 1 week with ginger, i got only 100gr when i ate pizza!:)
    so, to drink ginger: cut 2 slices and make tea. dont boil together hot water or lose ginger effect. and, to drink with fruits or vegetables juice: put this slices at liquidificator or something like that and dont eat the ginger, swallow it! i put into liquidificator to make my tea and swallow all!
    another way to lose weight is doing exercises! you have to burn more calories with exercises then calories u eat! or diet plus exercises 30 minutes twice a week.

    tons of people can’t stand fruits and veggies, but on thing is for sure they are super important!
