exercise more and try other variations of those favorite foods, maybe lower fat or lower carb versions. good luck.

Still eat your favorite foods but only eat the portion size. So instead of a bowl full of ice cream, read the box and eat just the serving size. It may be hard to do, but you will still get the fix of your favs and be on your path to healthy living without a big diet plan.

Try halving your portions. So whenever you get something just half it. Instead of getting a large portion of something get medium and then work down to getting small. Also start exercising. Take up something like swimming or jogging. If you’re looking for a good diet program try weight watchers. I think it’s really good 🙂 I’ve already lost a stone and I’ve been on it 5 weeks now.
