What is the most effective way to lose weight?

I am going through my second pregnancy and I’m due May 17th. I really need to lose a good 50pds. I have begun to feel selfconscious because I was never this big. I don’t know of any diet pills that work and I dont have access to a gym. I need simple ways to help shed the weight.

It’s normal to be big during pregnancy. My mom gained a lot while she was pregnant with me. But it all go away by itself when she was breastfeeding me and having to wake late midnight etc.
It’s not worth it to look beautiful now (beautiful in your opinion, others say expecting mother are always at their most beautiful) but endanger / risk your baby.
If the doctor says that you’re overweight to the point that’s not healthy for you and your baby, then try controlling your eat-pattern, eat more vegetable and fruits, and consult for some safe exercise you can perform.
No chemical, no drugs, no surgery, …
Just be patient, it’s only 1 month to go.

In honest truth pills are not the way to go. Also don’t feel self conscious you’re having a baby.

If there was a magic pill of losing weight and keeping it off no one would be fat these days.

I tried this plan with Dr. Phil I don’t know if you have ever heard about his book? It’s a crazy process but DAMN if you stick to it and do exercise as much as u have time for. U will lose a lot of weight! The first 2 weeks I lost 20 lbs I have no idea how but I did.

And to tell you the truth I was the type that wanted a magic pill I didn’t want to go to that whole process of eating the right foods and exercising. Everything takes time and well when I saw that in 2 weeks I was HAPPY and I sticked to it.

In the beginning it’s going to be VERY VERY HARD but once you’ve past the 2 weeks and you’re doing ok after that it’s easy. Just of course with your new baby it’s going to be a little rough. My sister had a baby she did the same thing and I don’t know how she found time but she did it.

    Good luck and Congrats! 🙂

Ask any doctor, they’ll all say the same thing…no pills can make you lose weight. Exercise and diet are keys. Don’t diet until after the baby. Your baby needs the weight you’ve gained, it gets it’s nourishment from you. I’ve talked to several soon-to-be mothers and most have said the same thing as you, they feel self-conscious. Remember, you gained weight because of a baby, not laziness. There’s simple things to do to lose weight AFTER the baby. Walk around the neighborhood (if it’s possible). Doctors say that walking a baby in a stroller is a good way to bond with the baby. You can kill two birds with one stone. Bonding and weight loss. Watch your diet. Eat healthy. Stay far away from sodas and fast foods. Fast foods are loaded with fat and sodas are very high in sugar. Plus, they all are high in calories, soda and fast food. Drink lots of water, but not too much. Stick to the 8 glasses a day as a minimum. If you drink water, it helps you feel full, which makes you less likely to overeat.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
