How can I lose weight fast without diet or exercise?
Hi i’m 13, 5′ 6, and I weigh 210 pounds. first, is that bad? and second, how can i lose weight without diet or exercise? My hips are weak, and my doctor says that it is not safe for me to work out, and i have tried every diet out there. honestly. And my parents won’t allow any pills. thank you so much for the help.

diets don’t work, you’ll need to exercise, start off easy by walking more, 20 minutes a day.

You should NOT take diet pills at your age. And I don’t think there isn’t really a way of losing weight without diet and excersise- those are the 2 best and natural things you can do to lose weight over time..

exercising is the way to go. you can do smaller exercises. try asking your doctor what you can do as far as exercising goes, also drink lots of water NO SODA, and have smaller meals

WALKING!!!!!!! it burns the SAME calories as running, just takes longer. grab some tunes and walk around the block or on a treadmill for 20-30 minutes, then gradually pick up the pace to fast walking after a few walking sessions.
AND it works greats with your legs/hips, doesn’t put a lot of pressure on them.
