How can I lose weight and fast without diet pills?

I’m overweight by about 30 or 40 pounds even though I really don’t look like it… But It’s really really been bothering me lately and It makes me feel like I’m not good enough… So I really want to lose weight but I’ve been working my butt off excersising and eating healthy and I’m still at the same weight? This really confuses me. Is there anything I can do to lose weight really fast? (And not have to buy anything really expensive?)

    .the pill accauly can increase wieght on girls on you probbaly know. so this may be preventing you from lossing the extra wieght.
    the other issue may be that even though you are exercising and eating healthy- you may not be working all the calories of that you consume.
    id suggest find out how much calories you consume each day and exercise all of them plus more off.
    if you are already doing this then mabey you just have to push your self that extra bit.
    remmber to stay healthy it takes 3 exercising days a week but to loose wieght it takes alot more.
    id suggest make sure you work off more calories than you eat EVERYDAY.

    u shold do excercise regularly in the morning……eat do not eat junk food …..always prefer home made food……..before going to sleep at night…..have a walk of minimum 1/2 km….it will work and also avoid sleeping in the afternoon……

    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of

    I definitely understand how you feel about wanting to shed that extra weight. The one thing you did not mention was getting enough sleep.     Well you say you have been working your butt off and eating healthy but your still at the same weight? Hmm thats maybe because your muscle have increased thats why your weight is still the same. Maybe you should try getting an 8 Hour sleep without fail everyday, drink green tea in the morning it helps with digestion or drink lemon hot tea,it burns the calories faster. Try taking long walk and do some fast dance. It might help you.
