drink lots of water to get rid of water weight.

if u dont like running, go for walks 30min- a hour a day.

Think about it, if u drink 3 pops a day = 300-400 calories?
Not walking 30min-60min= keeping 100-200 calories
Eating before bed – (carbs turn into fat)
.. thats over a few hundred calories there.

little steps help. U may save 500 calories a day, 3500 calories in a bed. After a week thats a pound just by that. Thats real pounds too, not just water weight pounds where itjumps back in forth

I can give you some tips about weight loss and exercise that I know to be effective. With the following tips you should lose 1-2 pounds or more depending on your level of exercise. Remember it is not good to lose weight too fast because if you lose the weight fast, you will gain it back fast as well.

Here are some tips and guidelines for weight loss:

You should first calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). These are two important tools that will become the foundation of any healthy diet plan. I will include links below for you to do this.

In case you don’t know, your BMI determines if you are in a healthy weight range and allows you to set goals for how much weight you should lose to achieve that healthy weight loss goal. Your BMR tells you the amount of calories you need daily to MAINTAIN your current body weight. You should try to cut that number down by 500-1000 calories depending on what the original number is. Remember males should not go below 1500 calories a day and females should not go below 1200 calories a day.

The most important thing is to make sure that you eat plenty of foods that are high in fiber and low in fat, sugar, sodium, and calories. These foods are also supposed to help sustain you and keep you from being hungry. These foods include learn protein, fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat / no-far daily products. You want to avoid foods that are overly processed and filled with additives. Foods such as that have little nutritional value and can hinder weight loss.

You should aim to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. This helps to keep your body flushed, prevent water retention, and aid in weight loss.

You also asked for tips or little tricks, I have one that is proven effective when at big meals. Imagine that you have a peace sign on your plate. In the smaller parts of the peace sign you put your lean proteins and carbs. In the larger portion of the peace sign you put your vegetables. Using this method will prevent you from over eating and will guarantee you have a well balanced meal.

You may also want to take a daily multivitamin to ensure that you are taking in enough of the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

In addition, the experts recommend that you get at least thirty minutes of physical activity on most days of the week. This can be divided into three ten-minute sessions a day, not including warm-up and cool-down time. Your heart rate should increase and you should break a sweat during your workout sessions. In addition, you should try to do strength training three days a week, or every other day. This can be a more rigorous workout, or it can be simple push ups, crunches, sit-ups, lunges, and using lighter weights or canned goods to tone and build lean muscle.

If you follow these guidelines, you will lose weight and you can expect to become healthier. This will help you become leaner, keep your metabolism up so that you do not gain weight, and you will be healthier overall.

    Good luck!

First of all, you are on the right weight loss track since you know how to eat healthy and have the knowledge of consumming low cal diet. However, if geared with these knowledge and you are still unable to loose extra pounds in a wk…I believe you need to remove the body toxin from your body for the optimum weight loss effect.

Toxins are one of the most common reasons for those who are unable to loose weight effectively The lemonade cleansing diet was created with the very purpose of detoxing your body and aiding in the removal of harmful toxins from within the body.

    Eat “Negative Calorie Foods”.

“Negative Calorie Foods” are those kinds of food that uses up more energy than the calories they provide so, the net effect is negative(less than zero) calories added to the body. So, you can eat more and still lose weight.

Examples of these kinds of food are: asparagus, beet, broccoli, green cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili pepper, cucumber, dandelion, endive, garlic, green beans, zucchini, onion, radishes; and for fruits: apple, cranberries, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerine, papaya.

These foods are also called fat-burners. They metabolize the calories from even the other foods you eat.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

    Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
If man made it, don’t eat it

    NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

    Stay away from FAST FOOD

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down every thing you eat

    take a multivitamin at night

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we’ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can’t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don’t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

Vary your routines. Don’t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn’t adjust to any one routine.

An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.

Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.

Reading about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet makes you wonder if they might not be on to something. The way the diet works is different than other fad diets that involve cutting out certain types of food like low carbohydrates, low fat or low calorie. Instead it uses calorie shifting foods that you would normally eat, increases the number of times you eat, and changes when you eat certain things for fast fat loss.

    What is Calorie Shifting?

The way calorie shifting works involves tricking the fat hormones that are sent out by the brain. Every time you eat something, your brain sends out fat storing and fat burning hormones, depending on what the item is.

The idea is to send more fat burning than fat storing hormones, so that the body does not hold onto the fat for later use. If you keep confusing the metabolism, you will see fast fat loss, as much as 9 pounds in 11 days, that is the first weightloss principle of Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet.

How Does The Metabolism Control Weightloss?

This scientific weight control fact about the metabolism and how it works stems from our ancestry as cavemen, when there were famine periods between hunts. The body would store and hold onto fat for survival. The metabolism has not evolved from this self-defense tactic and doesn’t realize we can just run to the grocery store and get whatever we want.

On restrictive diets, weightloss can plateau when the metabolism thinks it is experiencing a famine period, and it will only burn what is taken in. Even on some of the popular low carbohydrate diets, it is advised to eat pizza for two days when your weight plateaus to get the metabolism going.

Why Do Some Weightloss Diets Leave You With No Energy?

The only problem with many of these restrictive weightloss diets is the metabolism goes back to only burning what you take in and many people complain about being tired and worn down, when it is mainly the metabolism storing up the energy for later.

By eating healthy, nutritious foods that are fat burning, the metabolism burns as much energy as you need. Many people on restrictive weightloss diets will regain the weight when they go back to eating normal foods.

What Is The Best Diet For Weightloss?

The best weight control diet allows you to eat the foods that you would normally eat, have in your refrigerator and cabinets. By timing when you eat certain foods, how many times a day you eat them, and balancing the types of food, your metabolism will burn what you take in and then some, because it knows you will be feeding it again shortly, instead of starving.

Prepackaged fat loss products and frozen dinners are not something you can live on the rest of your live. You need to understand the basics of natural weight control, and Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet uses the fundamental principles of controlling the metabolism with calorie shifting normal foods you eat every day.

Check my source, it might help. It’s a diet that works. Good luck!

    1. The belly rub

The belly rub helps to localize fat loss around your belly. You accomplish this by rubbing your hands together. HUH… you’re saying! Rubbing your hands is important because you’re creating heat.

So after 15 seconds of doing that. Begin to rub circles around your belly button. Just small ones.

Well, the heat from your hand shoots like a laser beam through your skin and into the fat cells. The fat cells don’t like that. They end up getting incinerated. Not all of them, but some of them.

Repeatedly doing these belly rubs for about 1 minute each time will burn more and more of these fat cells. Overall, do this for 5 minutes a day… 1 minute at a time.

    2. The cold water rinse

Time… 15-20 seconds. What do you do? Take your normal shower. After you’re done… rinse with really cold water. Rinse all over your body. That’s it.

Listen, it’s a shock to your body. Cold water is harsh. But this cold water creates thermogenesis within your body. So just tolerate it for 15 seconds so your body goes into super fast fat burning mode.

    3. Spin like a kid

Time… 15-20 seconds to do 5-15 spins. Why do this? It has to do with your hormones.

You know hormones are an important factor in weight loss, yeah? Spinning address your hormones. How and why is beyond this short article. Just know they balance your hormones which encourage massive weight loss fast.

You need water for your body to burn fat. Without water, your kidneys can not do their job properly and your liver must pitch in to help. While it’s helping the kidneys, your liver can’t burn as much fat, so some of the fat that would normally be used as fuel gets stored in your body instead. Drinking more water lets the liver get back to its own job of turning fat into fuel.Your body needs water-it’s sixty percent water. But if you don’t drink enough, your body thinks it’s in danger and tries to hold onto all the water it can get. The water is stored between the cells and shows up as extra weight. Your feet, legs and hands may even swell up. When your body gets enough water, the stored water is released.

The more water you drink, the less you’ll eat. Water is nature’s own appetite suppressant. A glass of water before eating will help you feel full and eat less. You’ll also get rid of extra salt by drinking water (salt can also cause the body to hold onto water).

Drink at least 8, eight-ounce glasses of water every day. If you’re overweight, drink an additional glass for every Twenty-five pounds of excess weight. Now ,make sure you eat well each foods like fruit, veggies ,baked and boiled meats,no fried foods, no eating before bed , no junk food, no sugar ,no butter, no mayo, and eat fat free cheese drink milk it will help take off pounds around the belly and sides,no hot dogs or lunch less bread,i like to make big meals like bake extra chicken with veggies ,then you can snack on leftovers,i hope i helped
