How can I lose weight fast without buying any sort of pills?

I want to lose around 30 pounds but I don’t want it to take a year. Also, I heard of a two week diet where you lose 20 pounds and you eat exactly what they tell you but I don’t know where to find it. I want to lose around the arm/stomach/thighs area. So basically everywhere ha ha. Any tips?

    I was where your at know well i kinda still am but Your saying lose weight when you want to lose body fat. What you should do is workout 4-5 times a week. Do biceps and triceps same day. Then do chest and back. Then legs. Then shoulders. Eat 6-8 small meals a day to boost metabolism. Drink tea Green is the best. Drink whey protein before workouts. ISOLATE IS THE BEST. but more expensive. After your workouts take whey and Casein. Casein is found in cottage cheese and also they make a mix. Get like 20 grams lower than your body weight in carbs Example you weigh 190 get 170 grams in carbs. Get your protein in is the most important part. Eat alot of veggies green is the best.     You can only healthily lose 3lbs every 2 weeks. Any faster and your skin will get loose and you might get stretch marks. And you will likely gain all the weight back if you loose it any faster. That means now more than 78lbs a year.

    The best thing to do is change the way you eat. Do not go on a diet.

    1. No junk food
    2. No potatoes, cheese, rice, corn or pasta.
    3. Drink milk and eat yogurt
    4. Eat more protein, try shakes
    5. 20-30 minutes of cardio a day
    6. 40 minutes of a full body workout workout 1-3 times a week
