Can i lose much weight on a treadmill without dieting?

I wondered if i could lose much weight on a treadmill without dieting,im cutting down on fatty foods but dont really want to diet,i need to lose about a stone.How long should i go on it for a day?

    About 30 minutes a day should be good. You should change up the incline though, that way you are working off more calories. It’s important to have a journal, that way you can estimate the calories you are eating daily.

    I recommend, which is a website about weight lose, exercising tips, you can keep a journal, & also track the calories you are taking in a day.

    Input minus output is on the negative. Meaning what you input (eat in calories) should be less than what you output (by exercise + living). Don’t forget living alone needs 1500 cals. You spend 500 to 600 cals on treadmill. That is a total of 2000. If you eat about 1600 cals. worth food then you are on the deficit by 400 cals. Continue in this fashion and you will see results.

    It is so simple. Many people miss this point.

    But be aware, there comes a point your body hits the wall. You cannot continue in this fashion indefinitely. But don’t worry – your body mass is improving and your fat is dissolving. You may not see shrinking waist lines and such but you are getting better due to higher level of fitness, efficient calorie burning and general well being.

    Since you wont be dieting I think at least one hour. And it would be even better if you can do 30 minutes in the morning and one hour in the afternoon or vice versa. Do use the treadmill on incline and jog when you can (no incline)

    if you cut the fatty foods and start working out you will see a drop in weight. if possible dont drink calories just drink a lot of water!! A LOT!

    you can lose the stone in a couple months.
