Im 15 years old and need to lose weight fast..what supplement should i use? diet and excerise doesnt work.?

I work out 5 days a week and the two other days i have softball practice.. i need to lose weight… how can i do that?

    diet and exercise do work -you ahve to watch your portions and maybe go to a nutritionist and see what they can suggest.

    SUPPLEMENTS…….WHAT!? UR 15!!!! DONT TAKE SUPPLEMENTS.

    MAYBE UR EATING THE WRONG TYPES OF FOODS.
    MAKE SURE TO GET PLANTY OF REST.

    look at what your eating. Don’t be too eager to diet, at 15 your grow, so it won’t look big too long. I went form a size 18 to 8 (UK) in 1yr through changing my eating habbits (NOT STARVATION EITHER)

    Diet and exercise do work. It just takes time. Don’t use any supplements, you don’t even need a special diet. Just eat smaller amounts of food and make sure it’s healthful food.

    Join the track team and the cross country team and take creatine mixes. Who cares if you suck or it’s hard, you’ll lose weight, make friends, and possibly love running. That’s how I did It.

    cocaine. lol. just kidding. diet and exercise man. self discipline. set a list of goals for yourself, it makes things easier when you have something you’re working for and looking forward to. you want a supplement? how about some upbeat music when you’re workin’ out? it’ll make you work harder without even realizing it.

    I use a colon cleanse called bowtrol. It eliminates all that stubborn crap that is stuck in your intestines. I am not a salesperson or whatever for bowtrol but I use it and it works wonders!!
