Im eating strictly fruits and veggies to loose weight quickly, how many calories should I eat of these foods?

I need to lose like 10 pounds fast, so Im cutting out all the crap and eating only fruits and veggies (not potatos or any other carby ones eathier). How many calories worth of these foods should I eat?

PS) If you think this is ridiclicious, its not, cause I have outstanding will power. (not to brag or anything, but I just want you to know I can do this!)

    You really have to eat all 4 food groups to lose weight and keep it off. Thats in addition to exercising. Otherwise, the body turns to flab. Exercise keeps the body toned and looking more shapely. Veggies and fruits dont really have alot of calories, so its not necessary to “count those calories” at all.

    I am also losing weight. I eat mostly chicken,fish and vegetables. I walk 2 miles 3-4 times a week and exercise. Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins from your body. If you eat bread make sure it is wheat or all grain. Hope this helps.
