How many calories should one limit to himself to loose weight fast? (I assume as few as possible, ya?)?
Im 20 years old, give or take 6′ tall, and weigh over 300lbs, and I want to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible. Also, are theyre any over-the-counter weight-loss-supplements I should know about? (Somthing that actually works and won’t kill me, ya?)

Go to http://www.theloseweightdiet.com. It will tell you how many calories your body burns on it’t own and how many you would need to cute back. It also tells you alot of ways to lose weight and helpful websites. Good Luck!
