About how many minutes daily should I jump/jog on my mini trampoline to loose this weight? (more info inside)?

Im 16,I weigh 122 I need to weigh 103 Im 5 4 ( no comments on the goal weight..ITs very reasonable..Im small frame)

Anywhoo

Im eating 90% healthy foods(Ive changed my diet alooot)

and eating 1300 calories a day

I want to loose this weight in a healthy manner but quickly as possible..

About how many minutes should I jump/jog on my mini trampoline to loose the weight? and how long do you think it might take (roughly) with that amount?

    Jump on your trampoline 10 minutes every day for 45 days. And by that time you should be in top shape. It might not take that long for you if you are also eating healthier and you don’t have that much to lose.

    i would do about 20 minutes of jumping non stop
    for a day
    or twice a day and do it every week

    First of all, please dont take any diet pills, those won’t help you much.
    The best thing to do is exercise around one hour per day. If you can do more, do more. You would want to mix up your exercise routine a bit if you want to lose weight everywhere…like not just upper body or something like that.
    So, that said, try an hour per day..with whatever exercises you want like your trampoline, and maybe some soccer or basketball or a game sport that can help you lose weight in more than one place.
    Plus there is no real telling at what rate you will lose weight at. but these routines will definitely help.
