    Go to http://www.sparkpeople.com It is a site you can put in your weight and how much you want to lose and when. It will tell you how many calories, fat, carbs you need a day to do so. It also gives you a menu for everyday, but I click the button to hide their menu and make my own as I go through the day. It also keeps track of your exercise. When I did spark people I lost 23 pounds in two months.
