How much weight should I loose and how can I do it?

Heey guys, so I am fourteen, 5’6 and 160 pounds. i know thats pretty fat, how much wait should i loose to become healither and how can i do it quickly?

    To be at a healthy weight, you should be between 115 and 155 pounds, An ideal weight to aim for is about 130. To lose this 30 pounds, it will take you around 4-5 months and you can do it by doing 30-40 minutes of cardio exercise (eg running, swimming, dancing, playing sports) 6 times a week and eating a 1500 calorie a day diet. Cut out any unhealthy food, eat small meals regularly and drink lots of water and you will lose around 2 pounds per week. Good luck.
