Teens how much weight do you think I should lose?

Im 14, and I weigh 145 lbs. Im 5 ft 5.

Im thinking of going down to maybe 120…. would that be too skinny? the thing about me is that I both loose and gain weight so quickly…. I once went from 145 (the same i am now) to 130 in a month and a half, by eating healthier, and excersising three times a week. so i lost 15 pounds in a month and a half, but i gained that all back whenever christmas came around and my mom decided she was going to start making so many treats and stuff. so now, almost a year after last christmas, im again 145…. but for summer i want to be around 120. so i would be losing 25 pounds. is that too much?

    •Underweight = <18.5
    •Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    •Overweight = 25–29.9
    •Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    your bmi is 24.1 at the moment so you are at a normal weight right now the lowest you could go without becoming underweight is 111 pounds with a bmi of 18.5 if you were to be 120 pound then you would have a bmi of 20.0 which is still in the normal weight but of course this all depends on your genetics and bone structure.
    i am sure being 145 pounds is probablyt a fairly healthy weight for you but you should just think about the weight you felt and looked your best at if you felt and looked really good at 130 just go for that but if you felt you could be smaller go for 120 it is really all how you feel.
