I can’t do any exercise outside (it’s winter).
I’m 5’4 and weigh 190lbs
What is my weight suppose to be?
What exercises will make me lose it FAST??? I DON”T want to diet. I DON”T eat a lot of sweets or drink lots of soda. I drink water all the time. I don’t eat a lot of bad stuff its just that I am NOT active

You cannot lose weight fast. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you take in. You don’t need to diet, just exercise. Start with two half hour walks each day. Add on additional time each week. And yes, you can walk during the winter, just bundle up. The cold will help you burn more calories. Buy some yoga and pilates dvds. Alternate them each day. You will have to stick with it. The FIT channel on tv has some great exercise programming. Just don’t do too much at once. Kudos on drinking lots of water, that’s great! Try to eat your meals in small amounts, more times per day. Five smaller meals are better than three normal sized meals.

I found this great website for losing weight a while back and bookmarked it. They offer free trials of Rachel Ray products that make you lose weight fast like she did. Me and a friend are now trying it out now. http://myrachaelraydietblog.com/?t202id=17849&t202kw=ya

Weed out calories you’ve been overlooking: spreads, dressings, sauces, condiments, drinks, and snacks. These calories count, whether or not you’ve been counting them, and could make the difference between weight gain and loss.

More good reasons to be active
Regular physical activity, especially if you include some strength training, not only burns calories and boosts mood and energy levels but can build muscle. Muscle burns loads more calories than body fat, and just a 3 pound increase in the amount of muscle in your body can potentially burn enough extra calories to lose an extra 10lbs over a year.
