How many calories should i be losing at the gym in order to lose weight quickly?

for everyday of the rest of this summer which is about 25 days left.
i want to lose 10 pounds before a big event. I need tips that are quick please.

    It depends. How many calories do you consume per day? If you take in 1500-2000 cals a day, than you should be burning at least 500 calories a day. The best way of exercising is through jogging, swimming, or boxing. Don’t eat unhealthy food, and keep track of your calories with a food diary. Eat fruits, proteins, meat, and your veggies. If you’re ever hungry, drink milk, because it will fill you up. Also, drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, because it will help burn fat.If you’re ever craving some junk food, snack a little, but not too much. Just ignoring it will make you crave more, so eat a little. Hope I helped(:.

    DONT starve yourself. Whatever calorie intake you take subtract 500 and lose that at the gym everyday ! 🙂 & you should succeed ! Drink lots of water .. LOTS ! The colder, the better – – believe me ! Lift Weight .. & Dont forget those veggies and fruits & o yea the grains and blah blah blah .. you know how it goes .. it doesnt take a genius to figure it out ! Good Luck GAL!!!
