how many hours in a week should i take muay thai to lose weight fast?

i’m starting muay thai today and i’ve heard it helps u lose weight and get fit.i only have 2 months of summer and i want to be able to lose a great amount in that amount of time.

    In order to truly lose weight, you need to combine diet along with exercise. If you do Muay Thai, start doing it 2-3 times a week. If you feel you can do more, increase it to 4-5 times. Try it and see how you feel after a session.
