How many calories should I eat to lose weight?

I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible and I have 2 months and a week. I’m 14. 145 pounds and 5’3 and a half.
I was thinking 1300?
BTW I will be biking for maybe an hour separately (separately as in 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon and 20 minutes at night) and going on my stepper for 30 minutes straight.
Also any tips on loosing weight? I already know the basics I just need small tips to help 😛
