how many calories should i eat per day in order to lose 1kg per week?

i’m a 20 year old female.i weigh 74 kgs (163 lbs) and my height is 5′ 5.how many calories should i eat everyday and how much exercise should i do to lose 1 kg per week?

    First you’ll need to figure out how many calories you’re eating right now to maintain your weight. Cutting back 3500 calories a week should cause you to lose one pound. I don’t know the conversion for Kilos
