How many calories should i be eating a day if i want to loose 10 pounds by November?

Im 14, 5’2, about 128 or 130. I run about 4 or 5 miles six days a week. Ive been eating 1200 calories but im worried it might be a little too low? How many calories should i be eating to keep healthy if i want to loose about 10 pounds by November 5?

    1200 is bare minimum if you are really running that much. Also, be sure your calories are healthy calories. 1200 calories of snack cakes and chips will not build lean muscle for you, it will be stored as fat. Have a well rounded diet and watch the pounds go!

    you are eating good amount of calorie. i think the reason behind why you are not loosing weight quickly is you must be not working out properly.
