What is the best way to lose weight really fast?

I go to the gym for up to three hours every other night. I eat really well too, well I only eat dinner but I can’t stomach food during the day.

Anyway, how can I lose around 15kg in a around a month? I am 60kg now.

Thank you very much.

that’s a lot of weight to lose quickly, but it’s doable. however, you might be hampering your weight loss efforts by not eating enough so your body is slowing down it’s metabolism.

for your desired weight of about 45kg, you should eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day.

so to lose the weight fast. drink calorie free beverages all the time, and eat low density, high bulk foods like salads and clear, broth-like soups and you’ll do it.

    but be healthy.

    good luck!

if you want to lose weight, you cant just eat dinner. not eating actually makes you gain weight. if i were you i would go on the spacial k diet, where you eat a bowl of special k cereal for breakfast, a special k protein or snack bar for lunch, and then a regular dinner, as u normally would. with exercise, this diet can help you lose a good amount of weight 🙂

The short answer is: The best way to lose weight really fast is to reduce your calories and exercise HARD.

This will cause a large calorie deficit which will help you lose weight fast.

    However, there are some exceptions:

    — If you reduce your calorie too much, your body goes into starvation mode and starts to fight weight loss. For most people, this is at 1200 calories. For other people, it’s a little higher or a little lower– but the point is– reduce your caloric intake but not to the point you’re starving.

    — Exercise makes some people eat more. Exercise is great for health– but it isn’t ALWAYS great for weight loss. Everybody is different. Some people’s bodies responds to exercise with hunger. If you are this type of person– you may just want to stick to caloric reduction and lay off the hard exercise.

So those are the two exceptions. But generally speaking, for most people, reduced calories plus exercise will result in fast weight loss.

my suggestion, eat when your hungry, not when you’re craving it. hitting the gym every second day helps too. i used to weigh 140lbs, then i started going to the gym and taking suppliments, ’till i jumped to 190lbs. recently, i decided to burn body fat, and came up with a regiment that seems to work. i eat small, healthy meals when i’m truly hungry, not when i’m craving a snack. i also work out, this includes cardio, which is a MUST, because weight training burns little or no calories. in 2-3 weeks, i went from 185 lbs – 173 lbs, and i’m ready for the beach.

this may not have helped very much, as you seem to be doing roughly the same thing, but perhaps you can pull out a few usefull tips.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
