What are some exercises i can do at home to help lose weight fast?

i need to drop a few pounds fast! mostly in my stomach and legs what kinds of food should i eat and simple exercises? i know walking, running, and swimming but what else? I need something that works!

    1.Walk/run UP and DOWN the stairs
    2.Push-ups
    3.Reach to your toes 50 times
    4.Jump rope
    5.Play any simple sport that won’t take much space
    6.Dance
    8.Play Some Wii Or Wii Fit
    9.Get a treadmill
    10.Go work out in the gym
    11.Climb up anywhere that’s safe
    12.MONKEY BARS!
