How do i lose weight fast for cheer in my legs and stomach?

I need to lose a few lb right away tryouts are in 3 months and fat doesn’t just fly off so i need your help please help me.

    Legs- Squats amoungst many other let exercises. Biking is great for your legs; running is too!

    Somachs especially the lower belly are always the hardest things to tone up for women. Do NOT eat white breads, it’s all fat. If your eating any types of bread you want it 100% whole wheat. Simple things like no Mayo on your sandwich will help minamize your stomach issues.

    I don’t know the status of your health, but if you’re a generally healthy person, eat no more than 2000 calories daily. If you want go to the extreme, try an all fruit diet for 30 days, along 3 miles of walking

    a lot of people hate it when i say this… but the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat right and exercise. changing your diet will help you out so much. so many foods have preservatives, artificial coloring, and artificial flavors. these are the things that make you gain weight. when you look at the nutrition facts, you aren’t supposed to look at the fat grams and the calories. you’re supposed to look at the ingredients. the ingredients are the key to weight loss success. even if you eat something that has fat in it, but it’s like eggs or homemade mashed potatoes, then it’s ok. all the foods in the isles in the grocery store are the things that have the added preservatives, color and flavors. you need to eat fresh foods. and if you’re not exercising already, you need to start doing some basic things at least.

    oh, and if you eat late at night, eat things high in protein and low in carbs. carbs create a peak that makes you gain weight. also, eggs are fat burners. eat a lot of eggs and you’ll lose weight from that too.
