How can i lose weight around my stomach fast?

im absolutely desperate to lose a little bit of weight around my stomach. The rest of me is skinny but my stomach is a little bit flabby.
How can i loose weight fast and easily (cos i don’t have time to exercise as my exams start in less than a month, after that its not a problem) but its depressing me and i cant do the whole “just don’t eat thing” cos i don’t have enough discipline, and i do eat healthily.Any quick fix methods?

There are no quick fix methods. You don’t need to lose weight around your belly, just tone it up. Do sit-ups, crunches, and leg-lifts every day. It’s gonna take months to tone your abs, plus you need cardio.

I know this is an exercise …..but my friend swears by doing a few minutes of hoola-hooping a day, she says it ‘whittled’ her right down.

Hi, concentrate on complex carbohydrates when eating carbs (ie. whole grains, rice even in moderation, of course). Foods that are fiber-rich help eliminate the body’s tendency of storing fat in the wrong places (visceral area- stomach).

Also, Jude, it would be so beneficial for your physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual well-being to get even a little exercise in whenever you can. I know how finals can get you stressed and work overtime, but it’s better for you to take some time out to give yourself a break and restore yourself so in the end you will do better with those exams.
Do an indoor walking workout- even for just 10 minutes a day. That will increase your metabolism without a doubt, as well as stabilizing your blood sugar levels. Thus, giving your body more allowance to lose that weight you want to lose.

I hope that is helpful to you. have a nice day 🙂

there is not an easy way you don’t have to stop eating but you must eat at a appropriated time and appropriated portions.

you also need to go out there and jog, there is actually no other way out of this one.
fat in the stomach which by the way is one of the most difficult to loose has to be burned out.
and there is no other way to burn it than jogging.
as a matter of fact you can eat what ever you want if is in appropriated portions but you do need to burn the fat.

and you also must understand that the fat that is first burned comes from the arms and legs ones this fat is burned then the stomach goes on the next stage of energy to be taken to keep the rhythm

so you need to get the idea straight and start looking into marathons just for the fun of it.
i need to loose some body fat too and i was looking this marathon last day, is full of beautiful people all running and it looks so hot i just wanted to jump right in the middle.

All the medics and food experts say targeted weight loss is not feasible, specifically in the waist and belly areas, but I achieved it with acai berry. I know they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://tamibc.ingineru.info , try it out, what’s the worst that could happen?

Eat a healthy breakfast and don’t skip it. Eating a healthy breakfast would jump-start your day, give you energy and can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast(like oatmeal with skim milk) may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.

Losing weight is simply a matter of limiting calories consumed and burning off more calories with exercise and daily activities. To lose weight, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day so you would know how much to burn.

When you have time to exercise after your exams try speed walking or any aerobic exercise for 30 minutes then gradually increase to 1 hour. Do it daily or on most days.
