How do I lose weight fast around my stomach and my thighs.?

I really want to lose weight but I’m to young to go to the gym and I don’t have a treadmill at home. How do I lose weight?

    you can’t lose it fast, but you can have a proper diet and exercise. You said you don’t have a treadmill…the good thing is that you don’t need one… try walking or running. also did you know that sucking in your stomach is an exercise?? try it

    For thighs brisk walking n running is the best.

    For Stomach hmm dance is a very easy n effective way to loose that extra cal from stomach area and to have curves.U can u also try situps.While watching television or studying u can suck ur stomach wait 4 10sec n den release.

    Dnt compromise on ur food.But ya cut down the intake quantity of the calories.

    Exercise Exercise Exercise is the best way to loose weight. Just do simple exercises, stand straight and try touching your knees with your fingures and do this 50 times a day. This will help you to reduce your fat in the stomach. If fat reduces then you can easily reduce your weight around your stomach

    Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
    Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
    Dont eat until you’re full
    Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
    Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
