What is a good food to eat to lose fat around my stomach fast?

I’ve been gaining weight lately because I’ve just been sitting around. I started working out and going running, but I don’t think it’s helping. Are there any foods I can eat that will take weight off my midsection fast?

    Seriously – when you eat less, you lose weight, it is that simple. It really doesn’t matter what kind of food you eat, it’s really all just calories. There is no food or diet that will ‘burn’ fat from one specific part of your body, no matter what anybody tells you.

    Similarly, you can’t burn off fat in one area by exercising that area; exercise uses up calories so you lose fat all over, just like eating less.

    But of the two choices – eating less or exercising more, the first one is a much more effective way to lose weight.

    There really isn’t a “food” that’ll make you slim down in one area. I suggest tracking your calories, everything you eat. Go to Dailyplate.com, make a profile, it’ll tell you how many calories you should consume to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Losing weight fast ISN’T healthy..you’ll just gain it all right back after you’re done starving yourself with low calories. Which then will slow down your metabolism. Is it really worth damaging it the rest of your life?

    Oh and exercise, of course. 🙂
