i need to lose weight fast! i need to lose around 15 pounds before the end of january ?

i would also like to lose a bit of weight before new years. how can i do this fast without having to order anything or eat completely weird foods? i don’t have much time for exercise but yeah. please help!

    That should be pretty easy actually. Except in the title you said end of january and in the details you said before new years.

    You can lose weight with your diet alone because diet is 85% of your weight control but you will NEED to exercise to make significant gains quickly without starving yourself which is highly unhealthy

    Eat fresh vegetables,a little fresh fruit and chicken breast,whole wheat bread,drink only water.Nothing else,except vitamins.You must exercise at least 2 hours a day. If everyone could lose weight easily,nobody would be fat.

    What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!

    My best advice to you is. Oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, chicken breast, baked potatoes, lots of salad, steamed veggies, water, tuna, low fat salad dressing, salmon,frozen or fresh fruit mixed with yogurt,3oz steak, some type of protein powder in your water, low calorie smoothies,egg whites(1/3 cup + 1 egg), almonds,as a snack and also sherbert ice cream and of course you have to walk as much as you can if you have no time for exercise or dance to music you like.     It works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat (lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, heart-healthy oils). You don’t want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss.
    2) Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water
    3) Give up all extra sodium (don’t salt your food and don’t eat salty food)
    4) Give up sugar (this is easy after the first three days)
    5) Be active 30-60 minutes a day (the more the better for your metabolism and for burning calories)
    6) Adults need to give up alcohol (it slows weight loss)
