I desperately need to lose weight fast. I have the acai berry supplements, do they work?

If you have used them I would like to hear your results from them. I want to lose 50 pounds, is this possible using these or are they not strong enough..any suggestions are helpful thanks.

    There is no magic pill/supplement that will help you to lose the 50 pounds. What may work better than the acai berry supplements would be adding fruits/vegetables to your diet. If you cut out 500 calories per day, you should lose 1 pound a week. Fruits and veggies are great in fiber, low in calories, and high in nutrients (nutrient dense). They also have antioxidants and anything else that the acai berry supposedly provides. Along with this, they are MUCH cheaper and will actually fill you up.

    Good luck with the weight loss. It is not an easy thing to do, but your money may be spent in better ways.

    If you want to lose weight fast, the trick is in the kind of exercises, and your diet. Knowing what foods burn more calories. Supplements can be dangerous. Thanks to this site I learned a trick to get rid of my belly fast with easy exercises that don’t take much tame and aren’t hard to do.

    ok ive never tried it but i am currently doing the atkins….OMG ive been on it for 3 weeks and have dropped 18 lbs so far…i lost 15 the 1st two weeks (induction) and now im on owl (ongoing weight loss) and no im not eating all meat, we have to eat a truck load of carb friendly veggies a day…and there are a lot of sugar free snacks out there (chocolate pudding my fav!!!) i am sooooo mad i havent tried this before…i love it!!! i can eat as much as i want until i get full just as long as its atkins friendly…. i would suggest doing atkins…ive used green tea capsuls, alli,hydroxycut…. and none of them worked…ive tried the low calorie and failed because i was always starving!!! atkins is great you should try it…but if you do use the acai berry tell me how it goes…oh and check the website im on that website every day ….the community feature helps me out a lot!!

    Here are some tips for you to lose weight that based on my personal experience:
    The only simple way to loose weight fast is to raise your metabolism, to burn more fat. not to starve yourself because your body is very intellident, it can detect when you are lack of calories from food and makes u feel sleepy to restore calories for the body.
    Eat negative calories or high fiber food: Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce & zucchini. Because these food require a lot of calories to digest so in return the more you eat the more calories you can burn without doing anything.
    Fruits that are good for you are apple, grapefruit ( as much as possible , no harm ) or any other type of citrus like pomelo or orange.
    Eat many small meals rather than 2 or 3 big meals. Because if u do so you will get your body to work all the time to digest the food and it will keep your body digestion up => burn more calories.
    Drink a lot of green tea. Good for your health, delicious and high antioxident. Not only for weight loss but also for better looking skin.
    Go to sauna or swimming, dogwalking if ur lazy. Keep yourself active even when ur lazy 😀 .
    Spicy food help boost metabolism.
    Eat more fish and beef, mincemeat . if you eat chicken dont eat the skin.
    Drink omega 3 fish oil supplement to have better concentration and memory, and omega 3 fish oil helps the body to prevent restore fat.

    Anyway, read that line again, you have acai berry supplements, nt acai berry magic pills, magic beans or some other type of magic edible item. What does it mean? It means that they are designed to *supplement* your other weight loss efforts. If you aren’t doing anything else to lose weight, your results won’t be to your liking.

    Anyway, if you want to lose 50 pounds you need to eat healthy and work out more. Taking acai berry supplements might help to speed up the process, but the pills alone aren’t enough to reverse years if not decades of horrible eating habits.

    So no, using acai berry pills won’t make you lose 50 pounds, not will any other pill ever do that (unless you got it from Santa of course!) however combining acai berry with a good diet and exercise can produce better results than the diet and exercise alone would’ve produced.

Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

    Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don’t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

    Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

    Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

    Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

    Vary your routines. Don’t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn’t adjust to any one routine.

    An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.

    well i cant sit here and tell you exactly “how” they work, but honey trust me they work. i am on them now. i was (and still is) very skeptical about diets. diet pills supplements etc. however my home girl was tellin me how she went to the health food store and got these acai berry pills. said she combined them with colon clenze and noticed immediate effects. of course i drilled her. told her that i dont like all the side effects of stimulants dont like jittery feeling, fake energy rush that leads to fatigue eventually and all that. told her about my prior experience with stacker pills, alli, and diets. i like to eat what i want when i want. aint got time to count carbs, calories etc… so needless to say i tried it and am seeing immediate effects.

    i have NATURAL energy (not that fake energy rush) i have NATURAL gas, and NATURAL bowel movements. i stress natural. many people would say that these things are unwantes side effects, but as a nurse imma tell you, a person is supposed to pass gas, supposed to do the number 2. im not saying u go around farting everyday all day. that would be an unwanted side effect, but if you eat, ur body breaks down food and through out this process gas is produced and should be eliminated. with my bm’s i have maybe one or two a day. i am not in a rush to go to bm (not afraid of having an accident like on alli) no more constipation followed by diarrhea.

    children are critical. after taking the supplements for about 5 days, i asked my daughter if she noticed anything different in me ( i had just got my hair done) she said yea ur belly aint real fat no more! i look better in shirts (if i might say so myself). also my appetite is curved naturally. i noted that i dont eat as much. i crave water not sweets ( and thats a biggie for me) also might i add i aint changed my eating habits or exercised yet. but since i have experienced so much progress this quick, i am going to supplement my plan with diet and exercise. to speed up the process. hope this helps. oh yea do like i did, get the pills frm a health food store. i got my acai berrys (extended release and my colon clenze for under 30 bucks. a months supply)
