im trying to lose weight fast and need some tips to be healthy about it.?

i am fat and need to lose weight i got some diet pills but am hesitant about them. There is also this drink called “the 48hour hollywood diet” and you lose 10 pounds in 48 hours i really want to do that. I have also thought about just not eating at all, but does that make you store fat?
what about throwing up what i eat? I know its not healthy and im not going to ruin myself like that, but does it work?

not eating at all is very unhealthy. thats what anorexia is.
all you need to do is eat healthy and excersice.
REMEMBER: YOU CANNOT FORCE WEIGHT-LOSS! IT HAS TO HAPPEN ON ITS OWN TIME!

Any of the diet programs that promise you fast results with little work do not actually work. Diet pills make you really jittery (they contain high doses of caffeine!).

If you want to actually see results fairly quickly, you are going to have to do some work, but you can help yourself by following these tips:
    – Start a hardcore exercise program such as the 30-Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Everyone I’ve known that has done the full 30 days has lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle definition (which is what makes you look fit).
    – Eat well and limit your calories, but make sure you are eating enough calories to maintain your body, otherwise you will store everything you eat as fat (that’s why anorexia doesn’t work). Use an online food tracker such as SparkPeople or TheDailyPlate to help you with this.
    – Realize that progress doesn’t happen overnight and be proud of the small steps you make! You cannot change your body overnight and you can’t find a quick easy fix. If you believe in yourself, however, and are happy for the progress you make, you will find much more success.

    Good luck!

Don’t use or do any of those diet things, they don’t work and they RUIN your body. First off…cut the crap from your diet. Second eat 5-6 light meals a day, an apple and some cheese, 1/2 a muffin and and 8oz glass of juice, something small to that affect, it speeds up your metabolism which helps you digest food quicker and allows you to eat more without gaining as much weight. Second off, if you like spicy foods, SPICE UP YOUR FOOD! That also speeds up your metabolism. 🙂 Eat more yogurt, and eat healthier as well. 🙂 Lastly, exercise more, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn.

Any questions just message me 🙂

And DO NOT starve yourself, you do gain more weight, because you confuse your body, so it stores food for the next time you don’t eat. 🙁

Stay away from any “miracle diet pills” out there like the ones you describes. Most are either ineffective or have harsh, long lasting side effects. If you do not eat at all, or greatly restrict your calorie intake, your metabolism with slow down. When this happens, you have to continue eating less and less until you either give up and binge or experience problems due to malnutrition.

Unfortunately, there is no way to shed fat really fast. For a healthy, sustainable diet you should calculate how many calories you need each day using this calorie calculator: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm. Stay away from processed sugar and white flour. Cardio workouts will burn fat and building muscle will make your body burn calories fast, even when you’re not doing anything!

Until then, here are some tips for looking slimmer right away:
-Avoid foods high in sodium: This will make you retain water and look puffier.
-Drink water and only water: Drinking water will actually flush out water you’re retaining. I did this for two days and it made me look like I had lost five pounds.
-Work out before you go out: Working out temporarily tightens up your muscles, making you look slimmer. I always do about 50 crunches before heading out, just to tighten up my tummy for the night.

    Good luck!

Alright, diet pills and miracle diet drinks/shakes/whatever will not work. You might actually loose 10 pounds in 48 hours- but only because of water weight. It will probably make you extremely dehydrated and sick. That drink sounds like the 48 hour flu.

You can not rely on any diet pills or drinks. You CAN, use some safer ones to compliment your diet, but they are generally not good. If they work, it will only be for a week or two and then you’ll gain back all that weight. Not eating at all is not healthy. It’s extremely bad. When you don’t eat, you go into starvation mode. That means, once you break and finally eat something, your body does do all it can to store ALL the fat. Starving yourself also makes you extremely lethargic, moody, sick, and gives you a very unappealing “sick” look.

What you need is to correct your eating habits. You need to eat better things, and eat little meals over the course of the day. You need to start counting calories and looking up good and bad food. Sure, that cookie might only be 25 calories, but those are 25 fat calories. You could be eating a whole bag of baby carrots for only 35 calories.

Once you start eating healthier, you need to start exercising. This boosts your metabolism and makes you burn off icky calories and fat faster. If you don’t exercise, you’ll only gain all the weight back that you lost on your diet.

The main thing to remember is that you NEED to eat, otherwise you die. You need to eat healthy things. This doesn’t mean you have to get a salad everywhere you go. It just means you need to lay off the cookies and ice cream. You must also CONTINUE to eat healthy once you loose the weight. Exercise will help you maintain your new found skinny and make you feel good at the same time (exercise makes your brain release endorphins- or in plain english: your brain leaks out happy making chemicals.)

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
