I need to lose weight fast. by august 25th if you can give me some tips i would appreciate it.?

Ok im about 5’8 and i weigh 185. im not fat actually. i just have some belly fat and some on my face. i would really like to lose it and if you know what your talking about please give me some tips. it would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Try waking up at 6 A.M. and start jogging for about three miles everyday. Eat minimal amount of food and try eating stuff like salad instead. You can also try weight loss pills but I would not recommend it unless you want to loose a lot fast.

    Its called anorexia and bulimia.Haha seriously if you wanna lose weight get in your room get a mirror,put some rock music on or whatever music.Start dancing push up just work out.Make urself sweat by just imaginig like ur doing intense training even if your doing very little.Ur body will start burning fat like crazy.Pretty much ur playing ur mind to burn off fat while you work out,ull be sweating but u might not even be doing that much hard work.Belly fat and cheeks are hard i think u should keep them or ull look zombie faced and skeleton.A lil belly fat is always good.

    I think it’s best to start counting your calories and stay on a consistent diet for a couple months. Start eliminating the easy things like sweets when you don’t need them, soda, fast food (if you eat it). I lost ten pounds fat in 2 months eating nothing else but 2 subs a day (or sandwiches if you prefer), fruit, veggies, nuts (for a snack), and working out (lifting every other day and elliptical for 15 minutes). Make losing weight a commitment for these next couple months. If you make it a lifestyle, you will lose the weight.
    Things to remember~
    -Remember to count your calorie intake. I weighed 200 and I’m 6’2. An average person eats a 2000 calorie diet and I went to around 1000, maybe a little over.
    -Make a conscious effort to quit eating when full. Even when you feel like finishing or eating more, remember, you’re trying to lose weight and you only want to put enough food in your body for energy, but that’s it.
    -You can lose more than 10 pounds by exercising more. Go for runs instead of elliptical, or do some sort of cardiovascular exercise for 30 minutes or even 45 if you’re feeling pumped to lose more weight.

    It’s very simple. You need to burn more calories than you consume. You need to lift weights so that your body will burn more calories while you exercise. You need to do cardio exercise which burns fat. You need to eat healthy foods that are high in nutritional value, which are also low in calories. Remember that we are all on a continuum of fitness and we are all moving in one direction or the other. If you think you’re maintaining your weight think again. If you continue to make unhealthy choices, like inactivity and high calorie foods your body’s metabolism will slow down, your muscles will atrophe and because youre not burning the calories you consume you will gain fat. Fitness is a result of choices we make over a period of time.

In this way the whole body is benefitted.

    Having a positive attitude is essential to being successful in losing weight. This will keep you motivated and stimulated to be committed to your goal! Surround yourself with family and friends who will also motivate you to be successful in your endeavor to lose weight.
