What are some good diets to use when trying to lose weight FAST!?

Im young and wiegh like 137.5 lbs. How do i lose the weight fast. Without excersising because i have a foot condition.PLease help!

    Don’t take acai berry, a very common side affect happens to be hair loss! it happened to my mom! And how about calorie counting? I didn’t exercise and i just made sure i didn’t eat over a certain limit and i lost about 15 pounds in a month 🙂 now i naturally don’t eat as much because i have a smaller stomach, try eating 1000(this is extreme, but possible, or else go 1500 or under) or under everyday, you can do this by eating smaller portions (without starving yourself) and eating things like salad and drink lots of water! (i used flavored water because i cant stand drinking so much plain) But anyway just read the calorie count on everything you eat, that way you can lose weight without suffering. (treat yourself at least once a week though ;))

    How about changing your diet.

    1. No soda
    2. No caffiene
    3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused)
    4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner
    5. No heavy meals past 6PM you don’t want a lot of food in your belly when you’re sleeping.
    6. No TV Get outside and PLAY
    7. Play a sport and feel challenged
    8. Try it workd i tried it.
