What are some simple diets that you get from the internet where you can lose weight really fast? But I don’t want anything like Jenny Craig or Nutria System where you have to buy the diet..

    I’d suggest more vegatables and sugar free fruits. You can go low carb or just lowere portion sizes.

    Just think about what you eat. If you like pizza and tacos … maybe eat a variety … where you sub salad for the breads. taco salad is great.

    Buy lettuce every two days … and make that a intracal part of the diet.

    There is the “Less Food” diet. You buy less, you eat less. Get a brain(I don’t mean the meat section) Do all your food shopping using the outer isle only(meat, dairy, veges.) Stay away from the inner isles which have processed ready to eat, quicky pre-made meals.
    Also do not eat in restaurants 365.
    So simple. And get off the computer and stop watching TV and move and do stuff.
