What are some popular diets that make you lose weight fast?

i want to lose belly fat and arm fat, but i am single mom to 3 kids under the age of 4 and i work so much that i hardly have time to work out because i am so tired. any ideas? any fasts or good diets that work??

    All the doctors and food experts say targeted weight loss is impossible, specifically in the waist and belly places, but I managed it with colon cleanse.     The good old fashioned way – eat less and exercise more. Eliminate excessive starches (carbs) salt and sugar. Be sure to drink plenty of water and keep moving as much as possible. Just watch the pounds begin to melt away. Your body will thank you.

    To lose weight fast, monitor your carb intake…ala Atkins. And no don’t eat all bacon and sausage.

    Examples: breakfast, two eggs with canadian/turkey bacon. lunch–tuna salad. dinner-turkey breast or hamburger patty 1 or 2 with mustard.

    If you want to lose weight over the long haul, watch your calorie intake. There are calculators on the internet…google diet calculator.

    Also fit in some resistance training, check out a book on high intensity training by Jim Karas or Jorge Cruise’ second book.

    The best one I found to help me lose weight fast was the South Beach diet.in the beginning is pretty rough getting used is to it, but I was able to lose a good amount of weight quickly.

    Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another way of making yourself full so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.
