what are some good excersizes to lose weight fast?

I am 3 months away from graduation and i would like to fit into this dress i bought, but i need to lose about 60 pounds so 20 pounds a month so about .6 pounds a day. I am hoping you could give me good excersizes and stuff i can do to lose weight fast.

    It’s not safe to lose 6 lbs a day. It’s also not realistic. Try going for a goal of 5-10 lbs a week. Also don’t focus on losing lbs, measure yourself your bust-hips-waist and write them down and look up the size of what you’d need to be to fit into your dress and make a goal to lose inches to fit into it, why? because Muscle weighs more than fat and if you workout and see that you may be loosing some lbs but then you gain some your going to get discourage because your not looking at the right area to measure.
    For instance I am 27 yrs old I am 5’9 and about 155 lbs. I may sound like my weight is high but it’s not I’m mostly muscle. My safe weight rage is between 135lbs-160lbs. However my measurements are 36-26-36 which is very good. I was 36-31-40 (36 inches around my bust, 31 around my waist and 40 on my hips) Seeing that if I had gone by wanting to loose weight well I’d feel like I’d need to loose 25-30 or more lbs. Since I didn’t go by that and just ate healthy did cardio and weight training I measured myselfe once a week the same time and I saw I was getting results, I did weigh myself too just to see the numbers, I lost about 15 lbs of fat but had some muscle so it wasn’t a big difference.

    The best exercise to lose fat is the one that most people neglect to do. You do this exercise in the kitchen by lifting only healthy foods up into your mouth. For some reason when you lift bad foods, it doesn’t work. Think of it as a warm up exercise before your gym exercises. Your body doesn’t know the difference between which exercises you do, it only knows how hard (intensity) you are working the muscles and burns calories accordingly. Eat like a fitness model and you WILL lose weight (fat ONLY, not muscle that burns fat) as fast as possible, but 20 lbs a month is NOT possible when doings it RIGHT. If you do it WRONG like the many people that FAIL and only get FATTER in the end, by starving their bodies and losing mostly MUSCLE and very little fat, than you might lose a bit more weight, but not more FAT. You didn’t gain .6 pounds a day of fat, so don’t expect the impossible of losing that much a day. You have to burn 3500 extra calories to lose 1 lb of fat. Your body can only burn 2 lbs of fat a week, so keep your goals realistic if you hope to succeed. It’s not uncommon for people to lose more the first week or two (10 lbs) due to water loss, but don’t expect to keep that pace.
