i desperately need to lose weight fast?
I know there isnt really a quick fix but i need to lose weight as fast as possible. i have exactly 8 weeks to do it and its a matter of life and death. i know that there are ways to do it and to do it healthily but it takes so long and i need to do it quick. can anybody tell me what i can do besides lyposuction to lose atleast 12kgs by that time. thanks for the help i really appreciate it.

walk/jog every morning
do push-ups/sit-ups
go to the gym
eat less

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 10 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the tips given on the site in the box below.

Detox once or twice a week. It flushes you out and as long as you start eating semi healthy and excercise at least 30min a day ASAP you will lose weight.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
