how to lose weight fast and efficient?

im 15 years old
5’7 1/2
116 pounds

im on the highschool cheer team, competitive team and gymnastics so im active. im going to the beach in july and i want to loose some stomach weight so that i will look decent in a bikini. whats a fast way to lose my weight?

    start doing ab workouts or trying reducing your body fat like by running and also change ur diet take out anything that has alot of sugar and eat a big breakfeast so ur body dosen’t store the fat

    -daily ab work out at least 20 min long + 15-20 min cardio
    -low, low fat diet

    You can see for yourself on this site or any other site that calculates BMI. Please do not try to loose weight and ALWAYS consult a doctor before making any decisions. I’m sure you look beautiful just as you are but please be healthy. I suffered from eating disorders in the past and it hurts me so much to see young people who are already so thin and beautiful pushing themselves to be something that they already are.
