running, situps, pushups, lunges, jumping jacks, anything that gets your heart beating…The best way is to find something active that you enjoy like sports. If its fun you can do it for hours. the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you intake. so get out there and get your heart rate up!@!

I ran across this problem couple off times in the gym i work in.
First off, You need some treadmill workout which is a way to strengthen not only your legs but increase stamina and lose calories in the whole body. You can do squats which gives strength and resistance on your legs making them lose the fat and Finally you need to go out and jog twice a day(weekends recommended) in the morning and in the afternoon around 2-3 o’clock.
