How can I lose weight in my stomach and legs but not in my boobs?

I am about 5’3″ and around 130 pounds. I use to be a little thinner and would like to lose some pounds to be thinner.
I notice my weight gain was in my legs and my stomach. How can I lose weight from my legs and stomach area instead of through my boobs? I am a 34C and I love them at this size.

Will doing exercises like biking help?
Please let me know if you know anything!

    You can’t “spot train” if you lose weight, you lose weight everywhere.

    You can’t. Breasts are made of fat, and when you lose body fat, you lose it from all over. Deal with it.

    You can’t really make yourself lose fat in only one area… we’re people, not clay. Do 30-50 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week. Brisk walking does count 🙂 You don’t need to kill yourself with cardio. Just find something you like doing. Don’t forget about strength training, because more muscle means more calories burned at rest and during exercise.

    You might lose fat in your breasts, but you will still be proportional… meaning, you might find that your bras are getting looser, but your breasts will not be smaller in proportion to the rest of your body.

    Liposuction is the only answer-and it is not a good one. If you go the healthy route-diet and exercise for fat loss-then you will also lose fat from your boobs.

    The fat comes off them first unless you are lactating and then the fat comes off the hips first.
