I would say just go out running and so some cardio. If you don’t like running, try power walking or taking a martial arts class. Ab exercises such as crunches and gut busters can also help. And just try to avoid foods that are high in sugar, trans fat, and/or saturated fat.

As important as it is to pay attention to the fact that we eat the right food, equally vital is to keep a watch on the quantity. A good rule of thumb is: protein fits in palm of your hand, carbohydrate fist size, no fatty add ons (butter, dressing, etc). But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).

Exercise and eat right. If you don’t want to exercise, then you can try phentramin-d diet pill. It is easy to use. It helps suppress your appetite, http://p.gs/scp43 and burn fats.

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.
2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.
3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.
4. Don’t weigh yourself more than once a week
5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds
6. Avoid any type of “low carb” sweetener for the first two weeks
7. Don’t compare your loss to someone else’s – this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8. Stalls are common around the third week so don’t panic
9. If you follow your plan to the T and don’t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food
10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts – make sure your doctor knows that you’re doing low carb and when you started
12. Don’t blame the diet if you don’t read your plan book — blame the diet if you don’t read the labels — Don’t blame the diet if you don’t follow the diet

How to lose weight naturally is not rocket science. It just takes accepting the facts of these seven natural laws of weight loss, plus good old-fashioned stick-to-itiveness.

I’m sure you’ve heard about this amazing fruit called the acai berry with “mystical” weight loss qualities that help you lose weight fast, the natural way.
However, combined with proper diet and exercise, the acai berry can be an excellent weight loss aid. Its natural combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids, phytosterols, and amino acids work together to help your body function better, process food easier, and burn fat more efficiently. Let’s break down how the acai berry helps people reach their perfect weight…
The acai berry contains Omega fatty acids – the same medically recommended fats found in fish oil, olive oil and flaxseed. These fatty acids can’t be produced by the body, and must be obtained from the food we eat. Instead of being stored as fat, they are used by the liver to “kick-start” the metabolism. If you’re a slow starter when it comes to losing weight, or if you’ve reached the frustrating “plateau” phase of weight loss, adding some form of acai to your diet might be just the ticket to get over the hump.
The acai berry contains a generous amount of fiber which promotes a healthy digestive system and helps cleanse your system of fatty foods.
As mentioned above, the acai berry has a generous amount of fiber. High fiber foods like acai help you to feel fuller faster and cut down on nagging cravings, needless snacking, and late night trips to the refrigerator.
Final Word on Acai Berry & Weight Loss
Although it’s not the miracle weight loss solution that some claim, the acai berry has been medically and scientifically proven to contain ingredients that aid in weight loss. Not only does it provide a valuable boost to the metabolism, it also suppresses appetite, helps build muscle, and gives a much-needed shot of energy and stamina for those fat blasting workouts.

The utimate way to really loose weight is to detoxify the body first. that is really what kicks the body out of sinc in the first place. Loosing weight is easy, it’s KEEPING that weight off where the problem comes in. When the body is put through a cleanse first then the weight loss challange is much, much improved. Myself and some friends of mine have had some very good results with the program at this website= http://www.utmostweightloss.com One of the best parts about it also is that it is risk free. If your not satisfyed 100% they offer a money back garrentee. In other words, one has nothing to loose but pounds!
Good Luck.
