How can I lose weight and put on muscle?

I am 5’10 165 pounds and i have alot of fat on my legs, buttocks, and stomach area. I am fit and i would like to lose weight. Please help me out here.

    exersice, plenty of protien and less fat, protien shakes.so thats meat and salads yourll lose weight .

    you can’t do both at the same time, you must pick one or the other.

    the best method for accomplishing your goal is to lift weights 2-3 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days a week. designate one week for building muscle and another for losing weight.

    For example, lift weights MWF and do cardio TRSat. Week 1 do sets of 4 x 5 reps in the gym and do medium intensity and shorter cardio, then during week 2 do sets of 3 x 10 in the gym and do high intensity or long duration cardio on the other days.

    make sure that you work your entire body during your weight training sessions, not just upper one day or lower the next, etc. this should do the trick, good luck!
