What are simple exercises to do to help you lose weight fast and easy?

I’m 14 and about 160. As you can tell I need to lose weight. What are some easy exercises you can do everyday without going to a gym or having to buy anything?

    Hey im 15 i weigh about 160 as well if you are tall then it doesn’t show if not then it does it all depends.
    you may wantt to eat alot of fruits and vegies and try to be active for like 45 minutes a day like go on a walk or run or somehting and if you get bored bring music or your cell phone or something like that.

    Just think ?eating a protein rich snack can help you lose weight. How about a few slices of turkey or ham or some string cheese?
    Eating protein will also help you feel full so that you are less likely to crave unhealthy snacks.

    Pretty much the best exercise you can do is squats. I don’t know if this will work with your joints, but if you’re doing dance, then I suppose your knees can’t be that bad. You can do these without all the weights that people use sometimes at the gym. Just squat up and down as fast as you can.

    It seems easy, but it will probably be kind of hard the first few times you try it out. With some practice you can do about 100 of these in under 5 minutes. Pretty fast and very effective!
