What’s an easy way to lose weight fast?

I need to loose about 30-35 pounds and am looking for a way that is fast but not unhealthy.

    you can pre cook your food and take it with you (fast) but it is what you make…. try lots of veggies and fruits =) and exercise daily if you have the time even 30 min to an hour will help

    The healthiest way to loose weight is the obvious, eat healthy (not diet) and exercise. The fastest and healthiest weight you should loose weight is only 2-3 lbs a week max, anymore can be very bad for your body. Eat lots of fruit and veggies instead of other things, try and walk more, be just consious of what you eat. So you can loose that weight in 2 1/2 – 3 Months if you put your heart to it. Just remember don’t over do it and start slow! Try running and doing some cardio workouts along with light weights. You’ll do good! Good Luck!

    1. it’s not easy to lose weight.

    the medical community usually agrees that 2lbs per week is a healthy weight loose.

    1. drink more water.
    2. cut down on at least 1/2 of your sugar intake.
    3. eat more veggies.
    4. eat more fruit, but more towards the morning time because they contain sugars that you should burn off during the day.
    5. walk up the steps intake of taking the elevator.
    6. walk more.
    7. cardio and strenght training will help loose pounds and tone up your body.
    8. eat slower. .. it takes 20 mins for your stomach to tell your brain you are full
    9. write down everything you eat BEFORE you eat it, that way you can make better choices and see what your eating.
    10. vits/minerals are important, taking a good one a day mulit vit will help make sure your body has what it needs to run. Don’t cut ALL the fat out of your diet tho, because there are 3 vits out there (vit E being one of them) that are fat sol, meaning they need fat for your body to use them.

    There are more things you can do, but I suggest that if you do try making these changes do one at a time. Don’t try to change everything at once because it’s harder that way. change one thing a week or every other week.
