how can a 13 year old lose weight fast and easy?

Okay so I’m 13 and weigh 162 and im 5’2″ i want to lose 50 pounds by august 15th is there a fast way?

    run, work out, play, eat less fatty foods and more “Good” foods such as fruit, vegetables, more water, less pop, more whole grains and less “white” or “wheat” bread, lots of excersize and remember to eat right also, if your hungry grab an apple, instead of a slice of pizza its common sense

    there may be fast ways, possibly even easy. but there is no such thing as fast easy and safe. your young. just try to eat healthy and make small adjustments in your lifestyle to get more exercise. you don’t need to lose 50 pounds though. 112 is thin for that height.

    no. the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise a lot. diet pills and things along those lines won’t work as well.

    yes if one of your parents go to the gym then there is a way.you can eat what you want but i will pick health but after you relax when your donr eating you have to take a walk or jogg outside or if you have swimming pool do laps or run in your backyard. do any kind of hard exercise and if you want sing up for yoga

    ooo I know how you feel. what you should do first is watch your eating habits. doing this, you can watch your sugar and calorie intake. Make sure to still eat of course, and drink lots of fluids like water and milk. You should also snack on fruits and veggies instead of snacks like potato chips and pretzels. If you are able to take walks, that would help a lot too. You can even walk with a friend or with your ipod so that it doesn’t seem as boring and you can actually talk with someone. If you aren’t able to actually go outside or walk for too long, you can join and gym or use a tredmill at your house so you can get at least 30 minutes of exercise depending on your schedule.

    try to eat as healthy as you can – you still need all the reserves for your growth. Make sure you keep eating, but reduce portion sizes and drink lots of water. Try to excercise for at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. Losing too much too soon is very damaging for your health – whoever it is that won’t accept you as they are on that special occasion is not really worth respecting.

    just avoid all the wrong foods, like mcdonalds and stuff, and just be sure to burn of more than you eat. Its no use eating a big mac meal and then doing 5 jumping jacks.

    now, for the excersise part, if you have a treadmill this works better but if not than just run.
    spend 20 seconds jogging, 20 seconds sprinting, and then 20 seconds jogging again, and do this for 15 minutes every day. its tough, but you will be thankful in the end.

    Eat a low fat diet, but spread your meals out. Don’t eat big meals. Instead of eating 2 big meals eat throughout the day but space it out. Quit eating junk food, pop, chips, etc. Eat lots of fruit and veg. The main factor to losing weight after the diet change is exercise. Jogging, swimming, biking, machines like elliptical etc. Do some form of extensive workout every other day, but on the days your not working out, just do a 3 mile walk.

    Eventually your body will get used to the change and your metabolism will change, then you will start to lose weight.

    And WHATEVER YOU DO … DO NOT TRY A HONEY AND WHATEVER DIET THAT PERSON RECOMMENDED!!! Hello how in the heck is a person supposed to live off of that ?! BIG ANSWER = NOT VERY WELL!!!! Advice to all … Fad diets do not work and if they do THEY DON’T LAST!!!! What do you think happens as soon as you stop that “starvation mode” … YOU GAIN IT BACK AND THEN SOME!!! So umm lets stick to A good diet, plenty of H2O and exercise!!!!! While remembering that happiness and love for yourself is always more important than “loosing weight!!!”
