No there isn’t.
But I recommend Slim Fast, and drink it everyday, and eat more vegetables
I mean there’s really no secret to losing weight, its just about being consistent, and making healthy/healthier choices in the future. eventually you’ll like your size.

When you’re a teenager, it is much easier for you to loose weight/gain muscle. i’m not sure why though, i’m 15 and gained muscle fairly quickly doing nothing less than running a few Km (Miles) a day.

OMG THESE ANSWERS SUCK sry you have to deal with a bunch of stupid people answering.
Jogging will solve you solution and eating no more than the actual serving. Get up every morning really early and jog before school or something. If you don’t take showers in the morning, then just jog after school. It maybe tiring the first couple times, but your body will adapt to it eventually. And get a journal and record your physical activities and how long you have done it. Also your weight. hope I helped, and make fruit smoothies too. They help with energy and they taste freaking delicious. Or drink like fuse and v8 fruit or veggie drinks, extra gum has been proven to avoid food cravings, and…haha yeahh.

7 Dance Out Do Salsa,tango, swing ,hip-hop dancing etc. Anyone can do it,keep in mind you are dancing to increase your physical activity, so there is no pressure on how well you perform dance. Who knows you might even learn a cool dance move or two
8 Sleep it off. To be an efficient fat-burning machine, If you think that you’re doing yourself a favor by sleeping less, you’re mistaken. Give your body time to rest itself, both mentally and physically. Sleep is very, very important.
9 Keep a food diary. All you have to do is jot down what, when, and how much you eat in a notebook, or you can do it online at a Web site . A food diary gives a clear picture of your current eating habits so you can identify the changes you need to make to lose weight.
10 Be motivated.You need to believe in yourself!. Learn to evaluate your efforts fairly and objectively. When you have thought of giving up, visualize how good you will look when you manage to slim down successfully.

Anorexia! Haha, jk. Ignore my childishness… Eat right and exercise. I know it’s the same thing you’ve heard before, but there’s a reason you heard it. That’s what works. There isn’t a magical pill or anything. Just simple diet and exercise. Or liposuction. Crap, there’s that childishness again…
