Whats a cheap way to lose weight fast?

i dont want to have to buy pills. or anything. like an exercise that works fast?

    Yes just exercise, like walk 4 miles a day. Eat healthy, and start drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day.

    find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
    eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
    5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
    8 glasses of water
    have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
    have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
    cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
    dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
    ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

    i’ll suggest you eat quite normally reducing considerably the amount of meat and fast food… eat mostly vegetables and dont forget to exercise mainly your belly/abdominal muscles… though i’ll not suggest jogging if u r overweight due to overstress on your lumber cartilages… do as much exercises as you can like sit ups push ups etc and try to perspire a lot… and also dont forget to drink a large amount of pure water daily :)) this method may take like 2 months but its reliable… and cheap…
