What’s the best way to lose weight fast besides just exercise?

I’ve tried cutting back on what I eat, taking colone cleansing products and hydroxycut. I still can’t lose wieght!

    You can easily lose 15 pounds in a couple of weeks. But keep in mind it is not healthy to lose weight fast. The slower you go, the easier it is for you to maintain the weight.

    So first thing to do, is cut the sweets and bread, cakes, sandwiches and too much potato.

    Other thing, have at least one day a week for detox. Helps a lot.

    Most importantly, drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, and start using smaller plates – to keep your portions smaller.
