Would this be really good to lose weight fast?

Well, i do brisk walking every day for an hour….or more if im outside when i do it lol. And then on alternate days, i do half an hour cardio as well as the walking.. and then i do the tone ups

2 questions
1) would i get really thin legs from that?
2) is this a good way to lose weight fast?

    Any form of exercise is good for even a brisk walk is better than doing nothing. Keep it up.

    Yeah like they say. As long as you eat a healthy diet as well. And not just starve yourself!
    Try skipping as well.
    1hour of non stop skipping can make you loose 900 calories (ut that is not advised 😉 )

    excersice can affect everyone in different ways. u can either get big legs or skinny legs. greatly depends on genes. but the best way to lose weight is by eating right cut all sugars, dont eat fast foods, and eat more than 3 times a day (of course in small portions)

    Try running for more than 20 minutes. and thats about it 🙂

    its not gunna work if you are doing all that exersize and then stuffing a mcdonalds or a pizza down your neck…

    you need to eat less and exersize more to loose weight.
